Due to our Amazing growth and the construction of our new building, we’re looking to fill two 2nd shift manager positions in addition to Resident Care Assistants.  Managers must have previous successful supervisory experience in addition to compassionate care and med passing experience.  NHB offers opportunity for advancement and a competitive compensation package.

Assistant Director of Resident Care (2nd Shift)

An employee in this position supports the Director of Resident Care and ensures proper resident care is provided by the care staff to the residents in a Home for Aged (HFA) Assisted Living and Memory Care environment and is responsible for monitoring each resident’s individualized service plan.  An employee in this position reports directly to the Director of Resident Care.  This employee is a working supervisor and responsible for the operation of the building, leading 2nd shift and ensuring the completion of all shift duties as well as other assigned duties as directed by the Director of Resident Care.

Shift Supervisor (2nd Shift)

An employee in this position ensures proper resident care is provided by the resident care assistant to residents in a Home for Aged (HFA) Assisted Living and Memory Care environment and is responsible for monitoring each resident’s individualized service plan.  Employees in this position work under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Resident Care.  This employee is a working supervisor and responsible for his/her shift duties and the supervision of Resident Care Assistant(s) during his/her shift.

Part-Time Resident Care Assistant (All Shifts)

New Hope Bay is currently seeking talented and compassionate care staff for our 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts. An employee in this position provides direct care to residents in a Home for Aged (HFA) Assisted Living and Memory Care environment by assisting them with activities of daily living including, but not limited to personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing, walking and toileting; respond to resident calls in a timely manner; quality execution of care to meet the needs of each resident’s individual service plan. Qualifications: HS or GED equivalent and CNA Certification or minimum 2-years of experience in health related and/or elder care environment. An employee in this position works under the supervision of the Director of Resident Care, Assistant Directors and Shift Supervisors as warranted.
